Location: South Beach Boat Rentals at the Sea Isle Marina in Downtown Miami is located north of the Miami Herald Building and Venetian Causeway; directly east of the Marriott and Double Tree Hotels. Our office is in the marina complex at the end of Pier #3. Address: 1635 North Bayshore Drive

Parking Options: Special $13 flat rate parking in the Marriott hotel self park garage. If you have a drink or food at the "Catch" restaurant you will receive a 10% discount and get free parking.
Omni Center Parking Garage: entrance on N. Bayshore drive and 17th st. Trinity Cathedral Parking Lot: Plaza Venetian Road off of N. Bayshore Dr. (weekdays if no events $5.00)Marriott Hotel Valet: 1633 North Bayshore Dr.
Double Tree Hotel Valet: 1717 North Bayshore Dr.
Our cancelation terms are as follows:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the reservation time, you will get a full refund with no charges or fees of any kind for any extras or upgrades you have purchased..
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the reservation time, you will receive a credit/ rain check to use in the future, but you will not receive a refund on your credit card.
Your first change/rain check will be complimentary, each additional change in your reservation will result in a $25. charge.
If you are a “no show”, you forfeit the fee charged for the booking and will not receive a refund. Discounted bookings and promotional rates are not refundable.
